Xhorse vvdi2 key programmer feedback

Xhorse VVDI2 feedback:
I successfully added a key bcm2 on a 2013 audi a5.
2007 Audi A4 B7 RB8 crypto – mileage correction ok
Audi BCM2 add spare key by obd worked fine, and I did one on a 2013 A5 and it worked flawlessly.
A6/Q7 EZS Kessy: Added a dealer key (remote sourced from the dealer) without issues. Seemed to read everything properly but I had a working key to begin with.

Audi A6: Testet with A6 read kessy working, learned new key
Skoda Octavia 2006: got CS & PIN , programmed key fine, but not remote programming.
VW passat. B5: Pulled PIN, programmed key, corrected miles.
VW Passat B6 2009: Pulled PIN but couldn’t get 6 bytes CS, needed comfort dump.
VW Transporter T5 2006 : Pulled PIN Programmed key, no remote programming.
Audi A4 2006 : mileage correction success .
Audi A6 2003: Mileage correction fail. car not start. remove battery terminal. car start.

Question:

I have never had any problems instaling vvdi2 software.

Untill latest v1.1.1

Tried allot, butt device did not connect error.

Reinstalled v1.1.0 for now.

Any other have this problem with v.1.1.1

Signatured disabled, antivirus off, choose driver self, admin. etc. window 8 headache! Some medicine please!

Answer:

check your drivers in device management. If there conflict reinstall the driver. Choose manual selection from the path "c:\Program Files\VVDI2\VVDI2\USB Driver\.." or run DPInstxXX.exe.

Question: I have managed to install the driver.

But that does not solve the problem.

What command is to be used for this driver install?

If it is a driver problem,? did i choose the correct version(see Picture)

Answer:

You need to choose under PORTS.

The big problem with all tools not just VVDI interface is any windows after XP.

The problem is that Win 7, 8, 10 can not separate drivrs if you using 2 devices with Genetic FTDI drives.

Either you have to delete all drivers that was install before or use other PC /Laptop.

Let say you want to have Galletto , AVDI ,X-Dash SMOK and VVDI on same PC with win 7. Forget about that. Never going to happen.

Simple solution for all Tool companies is to make own driver, But that of course cost money and no one wants to do this EXCEPT a little part company.

Finally, solved, I did not update online.
